From the second installment of Danball Senki (LBX/Bandai and Level-5 try to sell gunpla to little kids and is not very successful), Hiro Oozora wants to be a hero! Because what is a Level-5 game without thematic pun names.
This is all over the place rn i'll get back to organizing everything later
Son of A.I. scientist Haruka Oozora, Hiro was often left alone, presumably with a massive stack of cash or bank card a 5 year old is allowed to use. One day while watching television, he came across a tokusatsu hero show, Cosmic Hero Senshiman. The themes and characters of the show left such an impression on Hiro, it practically shaped his life. He wanted to be a hero from then on, but being a physically weak nerd meant getting knocked out immediately when punched in the face. While not patrolling Akihabara for bullying and harassment, he spent his free time watching Senshiman, collecting Senshiman goods, and playing video games (most of which are sadly not of Senshiman). He roams arcades and shops in his eternal quest for Senshiman, unintentionally using his powers to beat other nerds, and that's where Danball Senki W begins.
More summary on W's anime plot, it gets really weird.
I forget what he was doing in the timeskip up until Wars. I think he turned pro LBX player?
LBX Retsuden: History of Justice chronicles a scenario that takes place after Wars where Hiro gets kidnapped, brainwashed into a villain, tries to kill people with D-Regwdea, then apparently goes into a coma when Ban kicks his ass. His fate is unknown as the rest of the stories center around the Wars cast minus Arata.
Hiro has a couple of inexplicable canon abilities. The most prominent is precognition. Whenever the of Dansen W needed him to, Hiro could see glimpses of the future. While he cannot change the events he sees, they are vague enough for him to tell others and change other aspects that happen because of those events. For example, he foresaw part of a hotel exploding; while he could not alter the fact that a part of the hotel will explode, he used that forewarning to prevent more of the hotel from exploding. Hiro cannot trigger these visions himself, and as stated early, can only see them whenever the plot demands him to.
The other power he has is Overload. Vaguely described as "concentrating really hard" in W, it is further elaborated on in DanSen Wars.
Overload in action
As seen in the video, the user of Overload enters a state of intense concentration, bolstering their senses and perception to the point that it seems to them that time is slowing down. In their confrontation with the A.I. Mizel, Ban described Mizel having a huge advantage as he could directly control and react from inside an LBX. However, with Overload, Hiro was able to nearly match Mizel's reaction speed. Aside from LBX battles, Hiro has used his ability to beat nerds at fighting games. It is slightly implied Haruka may also possess the Overload ability, but it is much weaker than Hiro's and isn't used as often, only seen once when Haruka and Otacross were attempting to map and time a route.
While Hiro is never shown to experience negative side effects from using Overload (Something something it's a different form/level of Overload), most users become exhausted from using it over a short period of time. As Jin explains, Overload has the brain use much more energy than it normally does. Overuse of the ability (prolonged use, etc) can potentially be fatal. An apparent lingering side effect of using Overload causes the user's normal senses to become sharper, but not to the level during use of Overload. Again, Hiro does not exhibit these symptoms.
LBX Operated in story: Perseus, Ikaros Force, Achilles D9, D-Regwdea (History of Justice)
Super Power crossover?

I don't know if they were planning on fleshing out those powers in Wars when they were making W, and the confirmation that Hiro had a form of Overload came in short stories after Wars, and even Dansen Retsuden doesn't have all of them, which is infuriating.
